TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are subject to 15.5% government tax & service charge, inclusive of refreshing welcome drink on arrival, airport transfers,  private use of car and driver ten hours daily. Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: April 1 - July 31, September 1 - October 15, Chinese New Year & Easter week; peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
