Blue Rose Villa has 180 degree panoramic views looking west over the Indian Ocean on an unspoilt cliff side location on the Bukit Peninsula, near Uluwatu in South Bali. The creative villa design allows the spectacular views to be enjoyed from multiple locations throughout the day– with sunset being particularly special.

The concept is both simple and flexible. For those who just want to relax, the BRV offers plenty of opportunities to chill out poolside or to sit on the balconies enjoying the views. Alternatively, stroll around the country paths and lanes or drive a few minutes to nearby cove-type beaches where surfers catch reef breaks, swimmers splash in shallow waters and sunbathers snooze the day away.

The Bukit Peninsula has been selected by the most prestigious hoteliers (Bvlgari & Banyan Tree) because of its magnificent cliff views and undiscovered feel. Apart from the world class surf locations there are golf, water sports and paint-ball options for the more active. Joggers can delight in a gentle run around the nearby headlands or a more demanding 12km round trip from the villa. Spa experiences can be easily organized for those with total relaxation in mind. Just 10minutes away, the famous Uluwatu temple is perched on a spectacular cliff face - a must see during your stay.

Delicious food is an essential part of any great holiday experience. The staff at BRV will provide you with breakfast everyday. They can also arrange for delivery of the mouth watering Nasi Padang food beloved by many or alternatively help you use the Weber BBQ for a succulent steak. Many people love to try the seafood on the beach, Italian restaurants or treat themselves at the 5 star hotels in Jimbaran approximately 20minutes away - or the chic bars and grills of Seminyak, approximately 60mins away.

Airport transfers are complimentary. You will be met at the airport on arrival and approximately 40minutes later you will arrive at BRV. At the end of your stay you will be taken back to the airport in good time for the departing flight.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD, and inclusive of the following benefits:
   - Return airport transfers
   - 1 day free car use for 10 hours (10am - 20pm)
   - Welcome drinks
   - Welcome fruits basket
   - Complimentary daily breakfast
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - September 15; Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
3. Terms of Payment
   A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival. For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
   For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
