Villa Nirwana is perfectly situated in the heart of Le Meridien, Nirwana Resort & Spa built within a 100 hectare complex. The villa is along-side the famous 18 hole par 72, Greg Norman designed, signature golf course. Approximately 45 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the popular dining and shopping area of Seminyak. This two story spacious luxury villa (350 m2 living area) has recently been redesigned by the renouned Javanese designer Hidajat and combines modern Asian, Balinese and Javanese and so-called primitive East-Indonesian Island interior design to give you 5 star exclusive feel in all its simplicity.

The villa features three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, two bath-rooms, a huge verandah/outdoor living area (where the daily sea breeze provides and ideal environment to relax and just gaze over the waves), a great lounge room, kitchen and own small swimming pool, as well as bale. The master bedroom has a queen size four poster bed with balcony and marble en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds with a share bathroom. Downstairs consists of a large air-conditioned living area with comfortable seating, dining area, T.V with cable connection, DVD/VCD player and a stereo system. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. This private villa is simply the perfect paradise island escape.

Villa Nirwana has a private plunge pool with it’s own bale bengong. Set admist lush, spacious gardens only 35 meters to the oceans edge. The villa is staffed with 2 housekeepers and cooks, 1 pool attendant and gardener. With 24 hour security the staff are well trained and available to serve your every need to make your ultimate holiday in a private villa both relaxing and trouble free. Le Meridien Resort offer rental guests the use of their facilities at a nominal fee. Use of the fitness center, sporting facilities, tennis and squash also the swimming pool is available. Golf discounts are extended.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drinks & chilled towels upon arrival, and airport pick-up service. Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
3. Terms of Payment
   All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without guarantee deposit. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
