   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night,  with the following benefits:

3. High & Peak Seasons
   High season period: July 15 - August 31.
   Peak season period: December 23 - January 5.
   Minimum stay: PEAK season: 2 nights.
4. Extra Person
   - Extra person using extra bed is available at additional charge US$ 45 per person per night, includes breakfast.
   - 0 - 5 years old children can either use baby cot or share bed with parents at free of charge, includes breakfast.
   - 6 - 11 years old children sharing bed with parents is free of charge with additional breakfast US$ 8 per day.
   - Maximum occupancy is two persons per room.
