The Modern tropical designed house sleeps up to 6 persons with.500m2 Property, 200m2 built up area - main house and the Joglo styled recycled-teak guesthouse, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens,.8x3 m pool, Sun-deck with sun loungers, shaded modern Gazebo 220x220 cm2.

2 persons of daily staff that can do running errands, grocery shopping, cooking and taking care of the villa, doing laundry, baby-sitting service (additional charge at night).

The villa has 3 double-bedded rooms, each with en-suite semi-outdoor bathroom (adjacent garden space), complimented with special shower and spa products.

Each bedroom has 200x200 King-Size Natural Latex orthopedic mattresses, Micro fiber Duvet blankets for extra comfort, Air-conditioning system with 8 filters and air cleaning, Satellite TV 32" and DVD player, Safety boxes.

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   - Welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast for 2 person per room
   - Wi-Fi internet connection
   - In-house laundry service
   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: June 1 - July 31, September 1 -9 Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
