It is one of the 4 villas (with a total of 17 bedrooms) that may be rented altogether or individually. Ideal for gatherings and get togethers.

Location
Located within a few foot step of the beach, 500 meter from exclusive Canggu club and the Canggu Deli. All the hot spots of Seminyak are on a less than 5 minutes drive.

The Villa
Villa Sirocco has 4 en suite bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 levels. The spacious outdoor living area on the second floor overlooks the rice fields where you can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. 180 degrees overlooking rice fields!

Facilities & Staff
There are safe deposits boxes in every room, one satellite tv 42 inch flat screen with international channels, and free wireless internet service.

Villa Sirocco has a chef, an engineer, a pool/ garden boy, security officers and a house keeping team from 07.00 till 23.00.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drinks and refreshing towel upon arrival
   - 1 x breakfast (first morning only)
   - 1 x welcome lunch or dinner
   Rates subject to 10% government tax.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 and September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
   
3. Terms of Payment
   All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without guarantee deposit. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
