The C2 Residence is located in the heart of Seminyak only a few footsteps away from the beach near Kudeta and all the hot spots to dine, dance and shop. It was built in 2009 in a contemporary style that shows the excellent taste of the owners.

The residence consists of:

- Smile, a three-bedroom villa

An easy to use and handy sliding doors system instantly creates all combinations of room numbers possible from 2 to 8 bedrooms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drinks and cool towel upon arrival
   - Daily fruit basket
   - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   - Free WIFI internet connection
   - Return airport transfers
   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 and September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
3. Terms of Payment
   All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without guarantee deposit. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
