Rumah Batu is located in the centre of Seminyak on short distances to all favorite places to shop, dine and dance. The busy Bali Deli supermarket is only a few footsteps away. The villa has been there for many years and still has a wonderfull "frist generation homes on Bali" atmosphere with its open architecture, living room and tatched roof. Unique for its location, in the heart of Seminyak, is the large garden this villa has to offer. The property is located on 2000 square metre and consists of several buildings and a private swimming pool.

The 3 bedrooms are situated around the mainhouse and pool. All buildings are built with a specific stone of the island, the original architecture is combined with several renovations, though the years, to create the 2009 comforts. The staff has been there from the first day and they take care of it as it is their home also. The villa is perfect for family or a smaller group of friends who want to enjoy the Bali feeling in a typical private house, close to the hot spots of Seminyak and Bali.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:

   - Fully staff
   Rates do not include breakfast.
   Rates subject to 10% government tax.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: June 15 - July 15, August 15 - September 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: July 15 - August 15  and December 15 - January 15.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
