Villa Staman is a delightfully comfortable private villa in the Seminyak circle. It is located within walking distance to the beach nearby and the famous Oberoi hotel and Ku De Ta beach club, only a few kilometers north of Legian. Located far enough away from the tourist crowds to ensure total privacy, this villa is still close enough to offer easy access to Bali's favorite shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues such as Ku De Ta, Hu'u, the Living Room, and La Lucciola, all within a five-minute drive.

Accommodation
The three-double air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Staman are attached with open air en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower. Villa set in 3 separate buildings allowing that private feel. Also it has a spacious relaxing area with sofas, bar, kitchen and an 8 seat dinning table leading into the large master bedroom with its own private garden. A separate guest house and separate middle building that can be changed into a 3rd bed, surround a private 10m x 3.5m swimming pool and tropical garden. Villa Staman is fully equipped with cable TV and air-conditioning. Internet WiFi connection is available 24 hours. In the entertainment facility include 2 large flat screen TVs, DVD player, plus 60 local & international TV Channel. Special dinner can be arranged by request and will be served by the seasoned cook. Laundry, spa massages, driver, and car can be also arranged by request, just the way you like it...

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   - Welcome drinks and fresh towel on arrival
   - Daily breakfast for 2 person per room

   - Wi-Fi internet service
   All rates are subject to 16% government tax.
   Long term rates are available during Low Season only upon request.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, December 1 - 10 and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 & December 20 - January 5.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 4 nights; PEAK season: 4 nights.
