We offer one-bedroom villas clustered around the main pool. A main feature is the outdoor open-air private spa pools surrounded by nature. The master bedroom is king-bedded with a desk, entertainment centre, mini bar and refrigerator. The en suite soak tub overlooks the garden, with separate dual vanities, shower and toilet. Its spacious outdoor lounge and dining area features a private spa pool in lush tropical gardens. Smart, modern interiors convey a sense of Bali blended with the new contemporary style.

Villa Uma Sapna Suite (1 bedroom villa with swimming pool)
One-bedroom suite villas are encompassed in their own private, walled compound. The master bedroom is king-bedded with a spacious lounge area that includes a sofa, desk, entertainment centre, mini bar and refrigerator. The en suite soak tub overlooks the garden, with separate dual vanities, shower and toilet. Its outdoor living space features a swimming pool surrounded by lawn and colourful plantation. Each villa is ± 150m2 with open living area and dining area with private swimming pool set in lush tropical garden.

Encompassed in their own private, walled compound, the two-bedroom suite features an extensive, open-air living space with a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen for home style villa life. The master bedroom is king-bedded and the second bedroom, double bedded. Each en suite soak tub overlooks the garden, with separate dual vanities, shower and toilet. Outdoor living space features a swimming pool surrounded by lawn and colourful plantation. Each villa is ± 400m2 with open living area and dining area with private swimming pool set in lush tropical garden.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD, and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, with the following benefits:
   - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   - Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
   - Daily fruit platter served in the Villa
   - 10 minutes complimentary welcome massage
   - Free daily mineral water up to 10 bottles per villa per day
   - Airport pick-up service
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 20 - September 15; peak season period: 20 December - 7 January.
3. Additional Benefits
   Birthday: complimentary B’day cake
   Wedding anniversary: complimentary wedding cake
   Honeymooners: villa decorations
4. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
5. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
