Villa Double N is a modern contemporary villa with some traditional touches. It features four double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a 20 meter swimming pool including a Jacuzzi, well integrated in a magnificent tropical garden. With the finest facilities and a service designed to pamper, in a peaceful surrounding, Villa Double N is dedicated for comfort and privacy in the true Bali style.

On land of 1,200 m2, double N Villa specially designed by renowed balinese architect Komang Suardika from Jeghier Architect Firm, based in Bali and Malaysia, His special design across Bali and Overseas for Hotels, Resort, Private Villas and Development. Accessible through a private road, enter to the villa across a bridge over a clear fish pond, leading to the fabulous living space set on the lower level. Featuring a magnificent carving wall dividing the living and dining areas, this air conditioned space can be opened to the gardens with large folding doors. Features include a 42 inch TV plasma, a study room with play station screen and wireless internet access.

Connected by short steps crossing a further fish pond, there is a Balinese style bale (open air building) offering on the lower level an open dinning and seating area, right next to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, open bar and sundeck area. The second level provides a complete relaxation area, designed to catch the breeze for those who just want to read and dream.

In the garden is a minuture children's house - which also overlooks the rice fields.

At your full command, the villa manager supervises seven staff including your personal chef with both international and local culinary skills and pool attendant, all on call. The villa is fully connected with the world international satelite TV, Wifi and sound system.

Location
Villa Double N is set amid the verdant area of Canggu, around 40 minutes from the airport. The villa is a gentle 13 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the famous and fabulous Nirwana Golf Course. For those wishing to sample more, the villa is 15 minutes from Seminyak, which has some of the best dinning, entertainment and shops in Bali.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
   - Daily American or Indonesian breakfast for 2 pax / room occupied
   - Laundry service
   - Government tax and service charge
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 10 - 31 and September 1 - 30, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 15 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
3. Terms of Payment
   A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival. For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
   For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
