The Villas
Villa Massilia is a peaceful oasis of two contemporary villas. Villa 1 consists of three bedrooms and Villa 2 consists of four bedrooms. Guest accommodations and facilities include air-condition, audio and visual facilities, en-suite bathrooms, open-plan living and dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. This brand new fully staffed holiday villa in Bali is complemented by 2 swimming pools (13 x 4m and 8.5 x 2.5m) and poolside bale-style relaxation pavilion in Villa 2.

VILLA 1
Villa 1 has three air-conditioned bedrooms, consisting of 2 king sized bedrooms and 1 queen sized bedroom. Each bedroom is attached by en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower. The villa facilities include audio and visual facilities, an open-plan living and dining area with private pool and garden view, as well as fully-equipped kitchen. This brand new fully staffed holiday villa in Bali is complemented by a 8.5-metre swimming pool, and poolside bale-style relaxation pavilion.

Main house:
Main house has 2 king sized bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, showers and bath-tubs, open plan living and dining area with private pool and garden view.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service
   - Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast
   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
   
High & Peak Season Period
High season period: July 1 - 30, September 1 - 16, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival. For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
