Villa Casis Sanur Bali

Villa Casis Bali is a privately owned luxury villa situated in the peaceful area of Sanur. Well known for its quiet, palm-lined beaches, fine restaurants and shopping, Sanur is the perfect area to experience the "real Bali". Villa Casis is designed by Balinese architect Ketut Arthana using the best materials and to the highest specification. Built on 800sqm and only a 200 metre stroll to the beach, this prestigious property offers a new level of luxury to private villas.

Villa Casis Sanur Bali comprises of six air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom en-suite. Tastefully designed and decorated, the rooms fuse modern with antique furnishings, wood parquet floors, artwork and safety deposit boxes. There are three bedrooms downstairs which feature semi open-air bathrooms with large terrazzo bathtubs. The three bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. Each bedroom features large glass sliding doors which open to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Should you only require two or three bedrooms, we can offer a reduced rate.

The western designed kitchen is fully equipped with adjoining dining room which seats twelve people. The surrounding glass doors offer views to the entire villa and outside is a feature wall with cascading water allowing a perfect sense of tranquility. Choose from a selection of European or Indonesian cuisine from the villa menu, there are nine fully trained staff including security to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Located upstairs is a spacious air-conditioned library with plasma television, cable television, DVD player and BOSE surround sound system with a 1200 title movie library. The library hosts the villas computer with internet an email access. Comfortable sofas make this the perfect room for relaxation.

The swimming pool (7 x 10 metres) is located in the middle of the property, allowing one to cool down from Bali's warm climate. Villa Casis also offers private in-villa spa treatments. American breakfast is served daily along with afternoon tea.

All of this packaged together makes an ideal island hideaway.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink & chilled towel upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast and afternoon tea served in the villa
   - 24 hours villa service and security service
   - Complimentary wireless internet
   - Complimentary use of Villa Casis Private Theater Room (DVD & Books selection)
   - Free late check out until 18:00 (based on villa availability)
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
3. Terms of Payment
   All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without guarantee deposit. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. In the case where the guest has confirmed a booking but we have yet to receive the deposit and/or final payment, the guest is still responsible for the cancellation fee. Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
