TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drink on arrival, return airport transfers, and daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - August 31; peak season period: December 20 - January 5.
3. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
