The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for the market shopping.

   All rates are subject to 15,5% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & peak season periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week; Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum Stay: LOW: 3 nights, HIGH: 5 nights, PEAK: 7 nights.
