   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Breakfast for 2 persons

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High Season Period: June 15 - October 15.
   Peak season period: December 24 - January 10.
   
   
3. Remark
   Compulsory Christmas dinner at USD 80 net/Person.
   Compulsory new year's eve dinner on December 31 at USD 130 net/person.
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 13:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
   
   
5. Booking / Reservation
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile will guarantee the reservation.
