National and International TV channels, 24 hours room service, in room safety box, daily housekeeping service, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, IDD, minibar, 220 Volt electricity power.

Standard has 12 rooms located at ground floor with park area view.

Deluxe has 29 rooms located at second floor with pool view and park area.

Pool Access has 23 rooms located at ground floor and only with 2 step access to pool.

The Villa
Dream away in our spacious air-conditioned private thatched villas while enjoying a bubble bath in an exquisite garden scene. Consist of 83 rooms with categories Standard room, Deluxe room, Pool access room and 5 private villa without pool, 4 sharing pool villa and 8 private pool villa. Air-conditioned deluxe retreats with private pool access. Dive in and have your morning swim while your breakfast is being served. Villa have unique decoration and has the complete facilities as coffee or tea maker, hairdryer and full mini bar.

24 hours open restaurant with International food and served Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner also we have a BBQ Satay Corner with live entertainment Solo Guitar every Wednesday night. For the Honeymooner, we’re served a romantic dinner at our traditional Balinese gazebo by poolside "a balance of quality product and service".

We able to accommodate your exclusive meeting with capacity maximum for 50 persons depend on the occasion in example gathering, meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition, free using the facilities like OHP, slide projector, LCD, flip chart, white board, standard sound system, wireless mic, block note, candies and mineral water.

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   - Daily shuttle to Kuta beach every 10.00 am and 16.00 pm (drop only)

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: June 15 - July 19.
   Peak season period: August 16 - 26.
   
   
3. Compulsory Dinner
   New Year's Eve at USD 70 net per person.
   
   
4. Children Policy
   - Maximum 2 children sharing the same bed with parents is complimentary (exclude breakfast)
   - Additional charge 50% off breakfast for children 6-12 years old
   
   
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 13:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
