But step down a humble driveway, past a traditional gate entrance, and your senses are assailed by the breathtaking vastness of the mighty Ayung Valley. Here, perched high on the valley rim, is the Villa Indah.

Commanding views of tiered, manicured, rice paddies below, the rolling rapids of the Ayung and palm covered hills and volcanic peaks beyond, Villa Indah is a vantage point like no other, its position regarded as one of the best along the entire valley.

Staff & Service
Villa Indah employs more than a dozen locals. Loyal, gentle souls, happy and eager to please, they understand the needs of guests and are proud housekeepers who take great joy in presenting the houses, gardens and amenities to a high standard.

They will gladly run errands (like shopping, laundry), order and collect take-away food, organise babysitting, transport and visits to local dance and music events or visits to the local temples, markets and galleries.

Our staff love nothing more than conversing with guests and learning about the world away from Bali. They take great interest in the guests and very quickly embrace names and needs.

Unwind at Your Own Pace
Essentially the ultimate "unwind", resting between meals, lazing in the resort's beautifully placed pool, life around Villa Indah is yours to pace. For those "active" guests, white water rafting, on the Ayung and passing below the resort, walking the trails and roadsides or being driven by "bemo" to sights further afield are all recommended.

Be assured, a short "unwind" at Villa Indah is the perfect way to recharge, to take stock and to experience culture and surroundings like no other.

Location
Established in 1988, Villa Indah has been refurbished and represented to standards worthy of its unique position.

Located midway between the lakes, mountains and ocean, in Bali's cultural heartland, Villa Indah is the ideal base from which to explore Bali.

Within easy walking, you can visit artists' studios and galleries, temples, craft shops, markets and the sacred monkey forest. All of Bali's most exotic dances are performed regularly in Ubud to the beat of gamelan music, and the range of bars and restaurants is the equal of any in Bali.

Religious life is embracing; processions and ceremonies everyday occurrences, as the friendly people of Bali acknowledge the great abundance of natural beauty with which they are blessed.

1. Rates
   All rates are net/room/night, applicable for single or double occupancy and inclusive of tax, service charge, tropical fruit juice, flower in the room & cold towel upon arrival, and daily American breakfast for 2 persons per room. Long stay rate is available upon request.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   No high or peak season surcharge applied
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 15:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
4. Booking / Reservation
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile will guarantee the reservation.
