TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival.
   - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
   - Complimentary coffee/tea making facilities and 2 bottle of mineral water in the room.
   - Free shuttle service to Kuta beach, 3 x per day based on schedule.
   - Government tax and service charge.
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Period
   High season period: June 15 - August 15 and August 26 - September 15.
   Peak season period: December 23 - January 5 and Idul Fitri.
   Minimum stay: PEAK season: 3 nights.
   
   
3. Extra Person
   Extra bed available at USD 33/ Night.
   
   
4. Compulsory Dinner
   Idul Fitri at USD 33 net per person.
   New Year's Eve at USD 85 net per person.
   
   
5. Children Policy
   - No additional room charge for children under 5 years old sharing the room with parents, without extra bed or breakfast.
   - Children age between 5-12 years old get 50% discount for meal.
   
   
6. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 13:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
